          Lifting weights is dangerous!

Barbell training is one of the lowest-risk physical activities and training under the guidance of a professional coach is the best way to make sure that you are lifting with perfect form.

Squatting and deadlifting correctly has helped countless men and women 55+ improve nagging back pain, manage arthritis symptoms, reverse Type II Diabetes, and increase bone density. One of our M.D. coaches wrote a book about lifting weights and health called The Barbell Prescription if you're interested in learning more.
